PRIVATE FITNESS CLASSES

In person

In our studio or in your home, we will work one on one with you to help you reach your goals. With a thorough assessment of your needs and current level of health and fitness, we will create a tailored movement and exercise program for you using our state of the art training and equipment. In each 60 or 90 minute session, we have the ability to include Pilates, The Gyrotonic Method, Integrative Functional training and Myofascial stretching to help successfully improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, pain, and overall performance. 

Virtual

If in person classes are not an option for you, we can still work with you to help you reach your goals. Virtual classes are offered from anywhere and have the option of being one on one or as a duet with someone else. With a thorough assessment of your needs and current level of health and fitness, we will create a tailored movement and exercise program for you using our state of the art training and experience. In each 60 minute virtual session, we have the ability to use Pilates, Integrative Functional training, Myofascial stretching to help successfully improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, pain, and overall performance. Virtual classes allow us to use creativity and a wide range of fitness tools such as fitness bands, weights, foam rollers, balls, and magic circles to bring fun and amazing results.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES 

Virtual

Virtual group fitness classes allow different people from anywhere in the world to come together with one focus in mind, to improve their health and wellness. By hosting a small group fitness class, we are able to still work individually with each of you while enjoying the high energy that comes from a group class setting. As long as you have an open space and a mat to work on, we can use Pilates, Integrative Functional training, and Myofascial stretching to help you meet your goals. During these 60 minute sessions we will use creativity and a wide range of fitness tools such as fitness bands, weights, foam rollers, balls, and magic circles to bring fun and amazing results to the entire group.

HOLISTIC AND FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION CONSULTING

Our Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching allows us to get to know you, through one on one calls, more personally and intimately than during our fitness sessions. With a thorough assessment of your lifestyle, nutrition, fitness levels, and overall health and wellness we will create a protocol tailored for you and your body, enabling you to take charge of your health.
